Works fine, for the on-board 10/100 Mb LAN the supplied driver must be compiled to a module, then it works fine. The on-board sound is very hard to get it working under Linux.

Managed to get some on-board sound working with this motherboard under Fedora Core 1 using alsa:

Works great. mbmon even works on the hardware chip.
