DistroWatch reports that Progeny has released an alpha version of Progeny Debian 2.0

I am happy to announce the release of a sample application of Componentized Linux: Progeny Debian 2.0, Developer Edition. This is an early alpha release. Please read the release notes before installing Progeny Debian. In addition to the release notes, a problem was found very late in testing in the OpenOffice.org component that interferes with some of GNOME's installation.
