OpenSUSE (then just SUSE) happens to be the first linux system that I ever installed on my own on my computer, way back in 1999. Since then I have been through various *nix flavors, mostly because of the *nix experts around me, Mandrake (now Mandriva), Red Hat, Debian, Fedora and Ubuntu.
