The third release in the 1.3 series of the KDE Disk archiver (KDar) has been released

This release fixes 5 bugs. In particular, it fixes several serious

regressions in 1.3.1:
- individual file and directory restoration works again.
- the default archive directory is not set to "/".
- export "dar" command bugs fixed. See the Changelog for details.
