Update Information:

Unfortunately there have slipped in some bugs in this release which were detected after the sign and push request went out. The bugs in question prevent proper configuring of global preferences. I have put up fixed packages at:

http://people.redhat.com/nphilipp/BETA/system-config-samba/

with the following MD5 checksums:
