Since the release of Fedora Core 5 back in March, it has quickly gained some popularity, and now with the pending release of Fedora Core 6 in early October we have to wonder what will be incorporated in the final release.

Fedora Core 5 was welcomed with the new software installer that got rid of the necessity to have Yum Extender installed to easily update, install and remove software and help make the distribution a little bit more user friendly.
