if support is not already in your kernel. It should already be there for all 2.4 kernels, if your Linux distributor enabled this in the kernel configuration (it is installed in SuSE linux 7.2 and up - maybe earlier versions as well).


If the drivers are compiled as modules in your kernel, you will have to use &quot;modprobe joydev&quot; (SuSE) or &quot;modprobe joystick&quot; at the command line.</comment>
