Working out of the box with no issues.
CompUSA generically packages other company's hardware under their name at generic prices. This is a 16x DVD-ROM drive and 48x CD-ROM. It used the standard E-IDE/ATAPI interface. The cable is included along with the audio cable and mounting screws.
Plugged it in like any other DVD or CD-type of drive. Used it to install SuSE 9.2 Professional.
