The network chipset is not well supported by linux kernel drivers (2.6.27), have to download the Realtek drivers which only compile as a module (therefore you cannot do diskless booting).

However, the hardware is very nice.

It is almost a good one under Microsoft OS, if you find a driver that works, which was difficult. Some of them are suposed to work on linux, because the hardware is generic and compatible (LiteOn) and has a driver included with recent kernel sources. However, mine refuse to work, because it is made such a way that udev cannot get enough information from sysfs to do it's stuff. Never succeeded in uploading the firmware anyway.

Followed hints in ndiswrapper webpages to make it fit in with FC3 ifup scripts as wlan0, not eth1. Didn't do rpm build of ndiswrapper. WPA-PSK supported nicely by wpa_supplicant, though can't integrate this with the pcmcia card services because ndiswrapper grabs it first? Had to create an init.d script instead. Pleased as punch.
