SuSE, Mandrake, and Lycoris...

We've spent the month of August (and a few previous months) focused on RPM based distributions. While we have not published reports about Mandrake, SuSE, or Lycoris offerings, we have been pleased with all three products. At the same time, we've started to see a shift in our attitudes regarding Linux advocacy. In this article we'd like to share some of our opinions about these three distributions by highlighting each of their strengths and weaknesses as well as discuss reasons for a new user to choose Linux over another operating system. By the end of the article you will agree that all three are winners for the Linux community because they help bring new users into the fold.
