The award was presented to the company which had outstanding achievements in technological innovations and contributions to Hong Kong throughout the past year. The awards presentation ceremony was held on 15 November 2004 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and Mr. Henry Tang, the Financial Secretary of the HKSAR, was presenting the awards to the winners.
