Saw over PCLinuxOnline that the latest OpenOffice 1.0.1 release is now available for Mandrake Linux 9.0
I have compile the latest OpenOffice1.0.1 SRPM from the cooker tree for Mandrake 9.0.
I made an athlon version (-march=athlon-tbird) and a PentiumIII version (-march=pentium3).
I also included my modified patch and easy to follow instructions on how to compile the suite for any other architecture.
