An announcement from Mandriva:

Mandriva will participate in the Solutions Linux summit that will be held from Jan.30th to Feb. 1st 2007 at the CNIT, Paris La Défense, in France. Mandriva will take advantage of this event to share with the guests its vision of Linux and its passion for the open source sector. Besides the Mandriva philosophy, marrying both advance technology and respect for the open source community, you will be able to discover all the products developped by the company.



The Mandriva Linux 2007 range and the Mandriva Flash, which knows a great success, will be featured in good place. Those products will be available on our booth for sale at a special summit rate.

Demos of the corporate products will also be made. Thus, Mandriva will reveal the network administration tools Pulse and LRS (main product of Linbox, a company Mandriva is in the process of buying) and, in exclusivity, the Corporate Desktop 4.0 in its beta version.

Stéphane Laurière, project manager, and Samir Bellabes, development engineer, will participate in conferences about « The future of the Desktop » and « The Network Safety ».

Mandriva will welcome four partners on its booth : FON, Edutice, Nexedi and Arkeia. It will be a chance for the company to demonstrate the ever-growing number of partners gravitating in the mandriva universe and the projects developped in collaboration with important actors on the IT scene. The hardware compatibility will also be emphasized on, with the participation of HP, which will lend hardware devices to be tested with various Mandriva products.
