Knoda is a database-frontend for Mysql, Postgresql and ODBC. Besides tables and queries knoda comprises forms and reports. It is scriptable via Python.

The main feature is a database designer dialog (see http://hk-classes.sourceforge.net/screenshots/relationeditor.html). You can use it in forms in design mode.
