Kile-1.8.1 has been released

As of now Kile, a LaTeX environment for KDE, version 1.8.1 is available for download from:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/kile/kile-1.8.1.tar.bz2?download

ChangeLog:
* Fixes a build issue on older (KDE 3.2) installations.
* Translated documents are installed correctly now.
