KDE 3.1 RC5 Released

PCLinuxOnline reports that KDE 3.1 RC5 has been released
Because of the problems with 3.1, KDE team decided to make a new RC release, as usual in 3.1 release cycle, and contrary to previous experiences, no binaries for RC5 releases will be made.
