Saw over PCLinuxOnline that KDE 3.1 is finished
Dirk Mueller is reporting that KDE 3.1 is now finished. He also announced most importantly, while he will still coordinate the KDE 3.1.x patch releases, he won't do the KDE 3.2 release any more.
