This tutorial will explain how to install Linux kernel 3.5 rc release using ppa. First open a terminal from the dash home(or press Ctrl+Alt+T), add the ppa 
org-edgers/ppa by command: sudo add-apt-repository ppa org-edgers/ppa Then do update and dist-upgrade.
