n00bs on Ubuntu posted a guide about installing Gnome Color Chooser using PPA on Ubuntu 10.10
On my search for an GTK theme editor i found this application that changes your theme. It can change the global colors, buttons, panel, desktop, icons, gtk engines and some specific settings. You can also choose the GTK engine you want to use.
