Fraqtive 0.3.1 released

Version 0.3.1 of Fraqtive, the Mandelbrot and Julia fractal generator for KDE, has been released

Changes in this version:
- polished the user interface
- added translation to 11 languages

Many thanks to all translators from the KDE internationalization team for their contribution.

Fraqtive 0.3.1 released
