---------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora Update Notification

2005-05-10
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Product : Fedora Core 3
Name : postgresql
Version : 7.4.8

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:

This update includes several upstream security fixes and other bug fixes. Be aware however that installing the update will not by itself apply the security fixes in existing PostgreSQL databases. Administrators are strongly encouraged to follow the manual update procedures given at http://www.postgresql.org/docs/7.4/static/release.html
If you are reading this before the 7.4.8 entry has appeared on that page, see http://developer.postgresql.org/docs/postgres/release-7-4-8.html
