Ensim has released WEBppliance 3.1.3 for Linux
Major Features of WEBppliance 3.1.3:
- Upgrade of the Apache® Web server software to the Apache 1.3.27 release
Upgrade of xinetd to address security issues
- Improvements to WEBppliance upgrade.
- Displays a message alert if the “patch” rpm package, necessary for successful upgrade of MySQL, is not installed prior to the upgrade
- Enables successful site modifications irrespective of the server up time
- Restores all existing records, including custom Mail eXchanger (MX)records, for a site when the
site is restored after suspension
Alerts the Site Administrator when an attempt is made to upload a blank file
- Enables Appliance Administrators to restore backed up sites to a reseller, irrespective of whether
an account for the reseller exists on the WEBppliance server or not
Enables IP address values to be entered for relay domains when configuring the Sendmail SMTP
Server Manager from the Appliance Administrator
- Enables successful Vacation mail transactions
- Includes PHP fixes to address security vulnerabilities
- Improve backup/restore for large data sets (no longer times out)
Supports Relay domains with dash ('-')
- Supports SSL-enabled domains that are migrated from WEBppliance 2.x.x for Linux
- Improvements to bandwidth module, preventing seg faults and infinite loops on certain requests loops
Update to support for Edit/Add domain in French
