Devhelp 0.13 released

Devhelp 0.13 has been released!

Devhelp is a developer tool for browsing and searching API documentation for GTK+ and GNOME.

This is a maintenance release containing mostly small improvements and bug fixes. The full list of changes:

- Revert theme change since it breaks gecko lt; 1.9
- Make deprecated keywords grey
- Only search for books in the XDG data/home directories
