A xchat update has been released for CentOS-3

xchat: https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2004-585.html
i386/RPMS/xchat-2.0.4-4.EL.i386.rpm
i386/SRPMS/xchat-2.0.4-4.EL.src.rpm

This update can be applied by running the command:
yum update
