CentOS 3.4 has been released to the mirrors
CentOS 3.4 includes all rhel updates released until yesterday and a fresh set of isos are available.
Initially 3.3 systems will not be automatically upgraded to 3.4 ...
That will happen once we have had a few days testing ...
To upgrade to CentOS-3.4
------------------------
rpm -ivh http://mirror.centos.org/centos/3.4/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/centos-yumcache-3.1-0.20050105.3.noarch.rpm
(to avoid the header downloads)
then
rpm -Fvh http://mirror.centos.org/centos/3.4/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/centos-release-3-4.2.i386.rpm
to get the new releasever
then
yum update
Make sure that your yum.conf points to a mirror that has the whole 3.4 tree - eg one of the above.
