Announce: libxklavier 3.2

Celebrating shiny new GNOME 2.18, I am happy to release another libxklavier stable tarball of the desktop-agnostic keyboard utility library.
Changes from 3.1 are bugfixes only, big and small.
The tarball is available from SourceForge.net:

The CVS repository is on cvs.freedesktop.org (the one on sf.net is totally obsolete!), module xklavier, tag v_3_2
