Raw Hide Updates

Red Hat has updated their Raw Hide distribution with new beta packages like X-Free 4.2.9 or Evolution 1.1.90

What is Rawhide?

In an effort to improve communications with the development community, enable Linux users to test bleeding-edge technology, speed development, and improve the quality of future Red Hat Linux releases (as well as to end world hunger and eliminate human conflict), Red Hat will be releasing development versions of the Red Hat Linux Operating System on a regular

Dubbed "Raw Hide," the releases will have version numbers independent of
Red Hat Linux's version.


All Raw Hide packages should work under Red Hat 8.0. However, I highly recommend installing those packages only on a test installation of Red Hat.
