Linux Kernel 2.4.19-rc5 released

A new release candidate of the upcoming Kernel 2.4.19 is now available

This release include the follow fixes and changes:
- Correct openprom fix
- Add missing check to openprom driver
- disable READA
- Change EXTRAVERSION to -rc5
