The Java-GNOME Team is please to announce the next stable release of libgtk-java. This release is the result of six months of development effort. A few of the highlights are:

* Support for all new gtk widgets
* Support for 64-bit platforms
* Significantly enhanced gdk capabilities
* Full gdk-pixbuf support
* Numerous bug fixes
