gdl 0.7.0 has been released.

What is gdl?
===========
GNOME Development Library. A library to contain source code development widgets and tools. Currently it has complex-docking widgets, data view widgets, theme based mime icons widget and some other titbits.

What is new in this release?
===========================
* Added support to build without GNOME
* Split into libgdl and libgdl-gnome
* Removed some deprecated API
* Bug fixes for window positioning (thanks for the patches)
* Some fixes to build system
* Added dockbar style setting.
* Restore dockitem demensions when showing them.
* Improved restoring dockitem placements when showing them.
