Here a few fixes for CentOS 3.3

1.) redhat-config-printer/cups is not working

This is a known bug in the redhat-config-printer package of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 Update 3 (CentOS 3.3). For a bug fix visit: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=131563

2.) Add/Removing packages fail
