This product has been tested on the following operating systems: KNOPPIX and has a average rating of 4

The last rating (4) has been submitted on 2006-10-27 08:53:27 by Anonymous running KNOPPIX:
The mass storage devices on Linux Knoppix with linux kernel 2.6 are not working. (My Logitech USB mouse is working fine...)

I also tried with Ubuntu Live CD. Still not working.
I also updated the BIOS from V3A24 to V3A29.

If you want to see the error, here is the error message:

usb 1-1: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 3
ehci_hcd 0000:00:10.3: Unlink after no-IRQ? Controller is probably using the wrong IRQ.
...
usb 1-1: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 53
usb 1-1: device not accepting address 53, error -110

Here is the explanation of the problem: http://www.linux-usb.org/FAQ.html#ts6

Good Luck ;)
