Did not work neither on my XP/SP1, nor on my present 2003 server (latest DirectX 9.0c and nVidia detonator installed). Has severe graphic bug in the main menu: the entire screen is filled with black, softly shfting to violet and then other colors, while some shadows of objects which are to be present in the menu's backgrounds appear.
