Shikatronics 256 MB USB flash (5)

This product has been tested on the following operating systems: Linux other and has a average rating of 5

The last rating (5) has been submitted on 2005-04-01 12:00:00 by Marc Baril running Linux other:
Checked OK on Mandrake core 2.6.8.1, mounts and unmounts automatically. A manual umount fails returning "device busy". However, when the stick is unplugged unmounting proceeds automatically (a bit weird if you're used to stopping your devices before unplugging, as you would normally do in Windows).

The driver automatically appends an entry for the device in /etc/fstab. This will conflict with any manual entries you may have included for /dev/sda in fstab (e.g. if you've spent a day tyring to get a SanDisk cruzer mini 256 flash working ;-)

Device is not mounting automatically in Fedora 2.6.8-1.521smp.
