To be able to use most Lexmark printers, you need to download the drivers from here. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=679505 these drivers work with the X600series, but are known to work with most Lexmark colour inkjets

I just installed used it under my new mandrake 10... You have to use the Z43 driver. The test page won't print with Drakconf, but it will with KControl

You must use the z600cups-1.0-1.gz.sh to get the printer to work... No luck yet on the built-in scanner. ;-)

Lexmark 3200 Color Jetprinter (1)

This Winprinter works randomly. Results on paper are difficult to predict. Do not expect as good results as using Windows driver.

The Linux driver was first developped by Daniel Gordini and is now abonned.
