Uses wider pci slot that is ok for thicker PCI boards but thinner (read not spec) pci cards may have connection problems. There is also a problem with sound stuttering in some 3D apps with the integrated sound chip and also with discrete sound cards. It is not an IRQ conflict and increasing PCI bus latency doesn't help too, so I think the chipset is just a bit buggy.
